Having trouble logging in?
Make sure you are at placepay.com and you click "Log In" and NOT "Sign Up"
If you still can not successfully log in the best thing to do is to reset your password.
Reset Password:
Click 'Login', then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address which is the username and a reset password link will be sent to you!
If you don't see an email in your account from us within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, it is possible that there was a typo in your email address originally. In that case, email us at help@placepay.com and we will investigate the issue further.
