If you would like to cancel a recent payment, please contact your landlord, center manager, or building operator. If you are having trouble reaching your landlord please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to help.
There is a small window to initiate a cancellation, so most of the time your landlord will need to simply refund you.
If the payment can not be canceled, your landlord can refund you instead.
As mentioned above there is only a small window in which you can cancel payments but if a void is still possible the "Refund" button will simply show as "Void" instead. This button can be found at the upper left of the Transaction Detail window. See the animation below showing how to navigate to it from the Lease Detail Window:
-Click "View" the paid or partially paid invoice
-Click on "View" under "Payments" section to see transaction details for the payment you wish to void or refund
