You have an updated email address, so you have to change your username? Follow the easy steps below!
Beneath your name in the right corner, click the pull down window and chose 'Edit User Settings'
After you chose 'Edit User Settings', the Account Settings will appear. Edit the Email (Username) here. 
In order to save the new Email/Username, the current password field will appear beneath 'Phone'. Enter the 'Current password' and click 'Save'. Your new username is now saved!
