This FAQ is for tenants/residents who have been advised by your landlord/property manager that to log into your online portal, you go to PlacePay.com directly. If you have been advised to access your online account/portal through another website or app, please stop here and contact your property manager directly for assistance.
1.) Create your account
You should have received an email from your landlord/property manager inviting you to access your unique PlacePay login. This welcome email contains a link to take you directly to Sign Up. If you missed the link, but know the email address that you provided to your landlord/property manager, you can sign up directly at www.placepay.com using the Sign Up. You must know the email address that your property manager has used to set up the lease to Sign Up and connect to the address.
2.) Add a payment method!
You will be given the option to add a bank account or a debit/credit card.
· Add your bank account! Please be aware it takes 1-2 business days to receive the micro-deposits necessary to verify your bank account.
IMPORTANT: Any payment made with a bank account cannot be processed until your bank account has been verified.

Add a credit or debit card to pay instantly!
4.) Other stuff you might want to do:
Set up autopay so you never have to worry about logging in to pay your rent
