How can I make a partial payment?

If you would like to pay less than your total amount due (and it is okay with your property manager), you will need to edit your rent amount.

To edit rent amount:
Click "Rent Amount" on the left hand side of your dashboard. You can then type in or edit how much rent each particular roommate owes in rent.
Be sure to hit 'Save' to save any changes you have made. If you want any changes to apply to future month payments check off the 'Update future payments' box to the right of the 'Save' button.

Tip: Clicking the rounded back arrow next to each dollar amount reverts the amount back to what you had previously.
