Why does my payment say "Pending"? / When will my landlord receive my money?

It typically takes about 2-4 banking-days* for the payment to arrive in your landlord's bank account.

If it has already been 4 banking days and your payment still says "processing" it is likely due to one of the reasons below:

• First time payments to landlords with new accounts can sometimes take a day or two extra to process due to routine security screenings. 
• Some landlords require the full amount due to be paid before they will accept funds into their bank account. If you have made a partial payment, or you are still waiting for a roommate to pay the remaining balance, this may result in a delay depending on your landlord's settings.
