How to pay my subscription / change billing method

When you are setting up your landlord account you can opt to wait to select a payment method for your subscription payments. We do not automatically use the account that you set up for deposits, so you will have to specifically choose the bank account or card you wish to use:

• Click your name in the upper right hand corner
• Select "Edit Payment Settings" to bring up the settings popup window
• Select the "Plan and Billing Tab" at the top right of the popup window
• Use the "Select Payment Method" drop down under "Billing Information" to initiate subscription payments.
