Operate: How To Review Payment History

Viewing payment history and invoice history are one and the same on your Operate Portal.

• Log into your Operate Portal and tap “Current Balance" on the right hand side of your dashboard.
• Tap where it says “Paid” at the top of the list of invoices. This will show a full list of your previously paid invoices.

If there is a discrepancy or you need further information about a previous payment, email help@placepay.com with a short explanation of what you are looking for and if possible include the payment ID number that was included in your payment receipt email.
