No, at this time you can't change that setting for one property and not for another on a recurring basis. However, you can have the system accept a partial payment on a case by case basis. If you see a payment that just says pending because they have not paid the full amount you can change the setting for that particular payment without changing the universal settings.
Note - This assumes that your universal settings are 'off' to 'Accept Partial Payments'.
To accept partial payment on a one time basis:
1) Log into Place and find the pending payment by searching the tenant’s name.
2) Click the 'More Info' button to the right of the payment listing
3) Click the drop down arrow to the right of 'Waiting for Roommates' under 'Delivery'. A drop down window will appear that asks the question 'Do you want to accept individual payments?'
4) Select 'Yes, for this payment only' from the drop down options.
You should now see a 'Send By' date under 'Delivery' illustrating the date that the requested funds will be sent to your bank account or shipped out via check.
