How long does it take to process a payment? (i.e. Disbursement Timing / Processing speed )

DISBURSEMENT TIMING

From the time the payment is made by the resident, it will take 3 to 4 banking days* before the funds are available in the property manager's bank account.

Example: If payment is made on a Wednesday (before 5:30pm Eastern Time) Funds will be available Monday or Tuesday.

• Thurs = Day 1
• Fri = Day 2
• Mon = Day 3

PROCESSING SPEED ... or When will my payment appear on my statement? 

If you pay with a card you should see funds appear on your card statement within a few minutes.

If you pay with a bank account via ACH it can take 1 to 2 banking days before you see the funds appear on your statement.
